1. Those already engaged by funeral companies and wish to receive formal and additional training pertaining to their areas of work: Such people include the following:

• Operations managers
• Operations supervisors
• Branch managers
• Funeral intermediaries/agents
• Funeral consultants
• Mortuary attendants
• Undertakers
• Marketing and sales officers
• Front and back office personnel of the funeral industry.

2. Those wishing to participate in the funeral services sector for the first time as employers or employees including school leavers.

3. Members of burial societies.

4. Members of the security forces, ie army, police and prisons whose duties include handling funerals and death issues

5. Employees of local authorities working in mortuaries and cemeteries.

6. Employees of government and other hospitals involved with bereavement issues.
